Guide
Stock counting simplified
A short, regular count beats a painful full inventory once a year.
Count the items that matter most
You do not need to count every pin every day. Start with the 10–20 products that bring most of your money, or that spoil or get stolen easily.
Use a simple rhythm
Fast sellers: count at close of day. The rest: count once a week. Write opening stock, what you bought, what you sold, and what is left. The leftover should match the shelf. If it does not, find out why the same day.
One name per product
Call rice 25kg the same way every time. Mixing “rice”, “bag”, and “25k” in different notes makes the count useless. Fluide Lite stock names stay consistent if you set them once.
Act on the gaps
Missing stock is usually sales not recorded, family taking goods, spoilage, or theft. A count that you never compare to sales is just a chore. The point is to catch the leak.
